These adorable snowmen helped make January a little brighter & warmer!
We made these (thanks to Pinterest), as little,
"I love you snow much" gifts to our parents!
So, here are the directions, part per Pinterest, part per Little Miss Organized:
Kids paint tiny canvas frames
I had parents donate these, because I have wonderful parents!
Since the frames were donated, we had all different sizes, so I let the kids choose which size of painting they wanted.
Here they all are, drying for a day:
Next, we painted kids' fingers & the tops of their palms of their hands white.
Notice the snowmen are their fingers?
Then with a Q-tip, we painted hats & eyes.
Added some decor & details, still using a Q-tip & toothpicks:
Here's an almost finished product:
Notice how the Q-tip makes neat, smaller details?
Love neatness.
I finished these by "spraying glue" on them, and lightly dusting them with a very fine glitter, & a wonderful parent helper hot glued ribbon on the back!
Here's a tiny little frame, with just 2 tiny fingers!
Snow cute!!
Here's the whole crew at a peek:
Lastly, we drew little snowmen on a white paper lunch sack, and wrote,
"A little gift because I love you snow much!"
Then, we wrapped our sweet paintings of our little 2nd grade snowman fingers, into tissue paper, and brought them home for a special delivery!
I hope these melted the hearts of those who received them!

I LOVE this!!! Just adorable--pinning now :)
